Quality control at LYFA starts before a single stitch is sewn โ€” with material inspection. Leather hides and fabric rolls are checked for consistency, thickness, and finish before they're approved for production, so defects never make it past the first stage.

During assembly, stitch density and seam strength are spot-checked against our internal tolerance standards, and every hardware component โ€” zippers, buckles, clasps โ€” is tested for smooth operation before the bag moves to final assembly.

Before packaging, every finished bag goes through a final inspection: stitching, hardware function, symmetry, color consistency, and interior lining are all checked by hand. Bags that don't meet standard are held back, not shipped โ€” this is the step that backs our defect-replacement policy.

This process is the same whether a bag is headed to a single retail customer or a 200-unit wholesale order โ€” consistency at scale is the whole point of having a standardized process in the first place.
