Return Policy

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing tags are not eligible for return.

Sign in and visit your Order History to request a return or exchange, or contact our support team with your order number.

Once your returned item passes quality inspection, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Manufacturing defects are refunded in full, including original shipping charges.

Prefer a different color or style? We offer free exchanges within the same 15-day window, subject to stock availability.

Customized, personalized, or private-label wholesale orders are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.

Bulk and wholesale orders follow the return terms outlined in your dealer agreement. Contact your account manager for assistance with a wholesale return.
