Shipping Policy

Most in-stock retail orders ship within 24–48 hours. Typical delivery time is 3–5 business days in metro cities, 5–8 business days across the rest of India. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout based on your pin code.

Standard shipping is free on orders over ₹5,000. Orders below that threshold are charged a flat rate of ₹199. Express delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee where serviceable.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email and can also track progress anytime from your Order History page.

We currently ship to serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is not yet available on our website — contact us for bulk international/export enquiries.

Bulk and wholesale orders are shipped via freight or courier partners depending on order size, with logistics coordinated by your dedicated account manager.

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to weather, courier disruptions, or high-demand periods. We'll notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.
